This policy explains how Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Nolimit", "we", "us"), the owner and operator of the Meyerspark Steelworks website (www.meyersparksteelworks.co.za), collects, uses and shares personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Nolimit is the responsible party for information collected through this website.

Who we are

Nolimit is a marketing company. We own and manage this website, its forms, phone number and analytics. We are not a steelwork contractor and we do not quote, do the work, invoice or collect payment.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, suburb, the service you need, any details you add and the page you sent it from. When you call 012 006 5138, your call is forwarded to a contractor and your number may be visible to them.

How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry is emailed to us and then forwarded to one or more independent steelwork contractors who service your area. The contractor contacts you, provides a quote and, if you accept it, does the work, invoices you and collects payment. Your agreement for the work is with the contractor.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of enquiries received. With your consent (the tick box on the form), we share them with an independent steelwork contractor for this purpose. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Independent steelwork contractors who respond to your enquiry, and our form provider Web3Forms, which processes the form submission to deliver it by email. Each contractor is responsible for the personal information they receive and for their own dealings with you.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and may use Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to count enquiries and taps on the phone number. These services use cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. They do not receive the contents of your enquiry. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. Contact us at meyersparksteelworks@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
